Before reaching out consider these FAQ’s:

• The typical wait for a commission is about one month depending on the complexity and medium.

• Commissions require a small downpayment in order to be started, usually done through Venmo or Zelle. This downpayment isn’t refundable because it’s used to buy the supplies I’ll need to complete your commission. Commission is definitely subject to whatever your financial situation is. If you’d like to work out a long-term payment plan for larger pieces, let me know when placing the order.

• Sometimes shipping sucks. I usually ship via USPS. If your order doesn’t arrive, items are damaged on arrival, or arrive with missing items please don’t hesitate to reach out to me immediately. If you’re in a time-crunch I am willing to ship via UPS for an increased shipping cost. I will always work with you to resolve any issues with you order, I do offer refunds, remakes, repairs, etc.
